When the Games roll around, SONIC® team members are ready to give it their all. Competing in a number of activities over five different rounds, the cooperation and hard work of each team member is put to the test.

A team’s perseverance during the games can ultimately lead to the ultimate prize: a trip to San Diego, where the champions will be announced.

The Games are based on a basic points system. The more points you earn completing activities, the more likely you are to advance. SONIC® Drive-Ins can earn a total of 21,150.

During initial stages, the activities focus on SONIC® smarts and skill, requiring participants to complete online modules and training exercises. In later rounds, competitions such as a Knowledge Bowl are added to the lineup.

Team members who complete monthly modules have the chance to win thousands of prizes. The grand prize, though? The Final 12 teams are rewarded with an all-expense paid trip during which the champions are announced.

One of the most exciting aspects of the DR PEPPER® SONIC® GAMES is the chance for the Final 12 teams to receive an all-expense paid trip to San Diego. Once there, teams will compete in the final stretch of the competition. The winning team members and drive-in are the announced at the Games’ closing. Ultimately, it is a time to celebrate everyone’s hard work and commitment to providing such great service.
